• Continuous care, supervision, and assistance with bathing and all other personal needs

Health Care

• Daily observation and documentation of resident's health status
• Bedside care for minor temporary illnesses
• Ongoing communication with resident's physician and family
• Arrange transportation to and from medical and dental appointment(s).
• Review health status report with health care provider(s)
• Utilization of home-health nursing, physical therapy and other health professionals as needed
• Biofeedback Therapist available for consultation
